A wood-fired barrel sauna at night in the snow, lit warm from inside, with the stove door glowing.
Durham Region & the Kawarthas

Hot cedar, cold air, and nowhere to be.

A real wood-fired sauna, delivered to your place and set up while you're at work. Ask and we'll have it lit before you get home. Monday morning we take it away.

Delivery & setup included Firewood included Seats six

Fifteen minutes hot. One minute cold. Repeat until you've forgotten what you were worried about.

That cycle is the whole thing. It's why people who try a sauna once keep going back to it, and it's why an hour in one feels longer than an hour anywhere else. In February, outside, in the dark, it's better still.

The sauna 195°F

Wood-fired, cedar-lined. Löyly on the rocks whenever you want it. You control the fire, and we show you how before we leave.

The Coldture plunge — add on 37°F

A chilled plunge tub delivered alongside the sauna, filled and cold on arrival. It will hold down to 37°F if you want it that cold. Add $350 to any booking.

How it works

Pick your dates. We do the rest.

1

Tell us when

Choose a weekend or a weeknight and tell us where it's going. We reply, usually the same day.

2

We deliver and set it up

We tow it in, level it, stack the wood and walk you through the stove. Roughly thirty minutes on site. Ask when you book and we'll light it for you.

3

We come and get it

At the end of your booking we haul it away. Nothing to clean, return or plug in.

Choose from three styles.

Same cedar, same stove, same heat. The difference is what you get around it.

The standard
  • 7 ft × 8 ft, cedar-lined
  • 2 ft × 2 ft window
  • 12 ft trailer
  • Needs about 16 ft of space
The standard wood-fired barrel sauna on its trailer, parked in a snowy driveway
The porch +$50
  • Same 7 ft × 8 ft cedar interior
  • 2 ft covered porch — somewhere to sit between rounds
  • Half-moon window
  • 14 ft trailer, needs about 18 ft
A short clip of the porch model: a cedar barrel sauna on a 14 ft trailer in the snow, with a covered porch and a half-moon window, filmed walking around it.
The retreat +$100
  • Same 7 ft × 8 ft cedar interior
  • Private 4 ft changeroom — get changed in the warm
  • Half-moon window
  • 16 ft trailer, needs about 20 ft
A short clip of the retreat model, filmed walking around it: the round cedar end with its half-moon window and wood stove, the full length of the sixteen-foot trailer, and then inside through the changeroom door to the sauna room, with benches down both sides and a second half-moon window at the far end looking onto a lawn.

We come to you.

We're based in Port Perry. Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Peterborough and the lakes north of them are all standard. Further out is usually still a yes — ask, and we'll quote the drive before you book.

Own one

Nobody should buy a sauna they've never sat in.

Most people who buy a sauna have never actually sat in one. You'll have spent a weekend in ours, in your own driveway, in the cold. If you decide you want your own, what you paid to rent comes off the price of the one you buy.

Things people ask.

How do I rent a sauna?
Pick your dates on this page and send the request. We reply with a yes or a no. A $50 deposit and a signed waiver hold the booking, and the rest is due when we arrive.
What's included?
Firewood, kindling, and a bucket and ladle. Delivery, setup and pickup are in the price. You bring towels and water.
How hot does it actually get?
Comfortable at 180–195°F, and past 200°F if you keep feeding the fire. You control it.
How long before it's ready?
Thirty to forty-five minutes from cold, depending on the weather.
How many people fit?
Six adults, on two tiers.
Do you light it for us?
If you ask us to, yes — we'll have it burning before you arrive. Otherwise it's stacked and ready for you to light, and we show you how before we leave.
Where does it go?
Somewhere flat, about 16 ft by 8 ft — 18 ft for the porch and 20 ft for the retreat — with room to open the door. Most go in the driveway because it's easiest to reach. A backyard works wherever we can tow to.
Do I need power or water hookups?
No. It runs on fire. Nothing to plug in.
How far do you deliver?
We're based in Port Perry. Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Peterborough and the lakes north of them are standard. Further out is usually still a yes — we'll quote the drive before you book.
What is a three-day booking?
Three days means three nights. Start any day you like — Friday to Monday is the usual one, but a Tuesday works the same and costs the same. If the morning we’d collect it is a holiday, you keep it another night and we don’t charge for it.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes. A gift certificate is for a named rental — a day, two days or three days — not a dollar amount. We email a numbered PDF with the recipient's name on it, and there's no deposit to pay when they book.
Can I buy one?
Yes. We sell wood-fired and electric saunas, and if you've rented from us, what you paid comes off the price — up to $350, for twelve months.

Ask for your dates.

Choose your sauna, your dates and whether you want the plunge, and you'll see your exact price before you send anything. This is a request, not a booking — we'll come back, usually the same day, to say whether we can do it, and a $50 e-transfer holds the dates once we do. Holding a gift certificate? Say so when you get in touch — there's no deposit to pay.

When the calendar opens

Winter dates open in the fall, and the good weekends fill first. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day they're live.
